Ellen Usery made me feel as if I was her only client, although I'm sure I wasn't. She walked me through every detail, alerted me to things I needed to be aware of and/or take care of, and was always accessible. Ellen and I have been friends for years, and although it's generally argued that one shouldn't do business with one's friends, I am SO glad I ignored that advice. I couldn't have asked for a better agent, or friend.

Deborah Booth and Samantha Booth were both very polite and knowledgeable about the job. they listen to me took key notes and if a customer asked a question, they didn't know they called and asked. They were very respectful at all times. The house I ha was a duplex, and one side was rented they made sure the renter was notified when a prospected buyer was going into his apartment.

I want to thank them for everything they did for me and my tenant.
